Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
Limitation of Liability
Intelligent Marketer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the services.
